This recent find comes from Retired 35 year Estate Company owner and is a 10K Yellow Gold and Blue Enamel Nurse Pin/Badge for CARRAWAY METHODIST HOSPITAL BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA. Backside of pin is stamped LGB (Balfour Company) and 10K along with engraved initials "G.M.B." Pin is in Excellent overall condition for use and age with very minimal wear (Birmingham shows a little wear). Pin is 7/8" diameter and weighs 5.23 grams.
