    Description

    I think NGC was asleep at the switch when this coin was graded. Look at how clean and mark-free it is! I've seen several MS-63 coins graded by PCGS, NGC and ICG that have more marks than this one. Might be worth breaking out and re-submitting for a possible higher grade.
