1904 Cash Register Calculating Crank Bank-Nickel Plated

Description: Vintage, patented Sept. 27, 1904 (marked on the underside), hand cranked, mechanical registering bank in the basic form of a cash register--with a row of number windows that calculated the coinage. This takes all different change (dime to quarter in size), and the crank is able to be rotated after each coin is inserted in the slot. The numbers don't appear to be advancing. The metal bank is nickel plated, and has " Warning-Do Not Attempt to Turn Crank, Until Coin is in Slot" stamped into the top.
Measures 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 4".  It contains some coins inside.
Condition: The bank goes through the crank motions, but the  calculator part does not advance on its own.  it can manually advance when the crank is partially rotated.  The The nickel surface has some pitting , but retains most of its shine. The pitting is mostly on the
top.  There are no dents or dings. no key
