Condition: Reads "American Automatic Windup Aliner American Sales BookCo. Elmira N. Y. Niagra Falls N. Y. Style W. No. 143". It is about 25" long, 10 1/2" wide with the handle and 7" tall. Not sure how it works. I did see there are 3 brass gears. Two of them move fine but the third one does not and I could not get to it without dismantling the machine. Everything else looks fine except I took a photo of the chip in the hing on the small door at the bottom. It still opens and closes. The crank is seems to work fine and the spring loaded button on the crank also works. Of course it will not turn all the way because the one gear is stuck. I did no cleaning. It is a big heavy piece and took a lot of material to package safely. It has a nice brass plate. Also has a lock that I did not try as there is no key.
