Cute Formal Girl's Dress. Top is black with big black flowers as a design.  Bottom is a soft pink kind tulle material and is layered with lining. Black bow in front and buttons and ties in back. Great for a special formal ocassion. Dress is in hood Condition but keep in mind item  has been "Pre-owned".  There are small stains on some lining of the dress but it's barely noticeable.
