Cute, cute pink and white polka dot halter bodice and multi-colored flowers skirt.  Featuring 4 decorative buttons in front, coordinating fabric straps in front and back, ruched middle back, and one button closure on top back bodice.  2 side pockets and green and blue ribbon trim at the bottom of skirt.  Pull over style.  Dress
measures 11-1/2" from underarm to underarm (not including the stretch that the ruched back with allow); and 23-1/2" long from top of strap to bottom of dress (this is the measurement of the short hemline) and 27" long (this is the measurement of  the longest point of the handkerchief hemline).
Fabric content:  Bodice - 95% cotton, 5% spandex.  Body of skirt - 97% cotton, 3% spandex.
