New with tags (tags have more wear than the dress- they are a bit singed from some sun exposure but the dress is not affected.)
From a smoke free, single-pet home.

I only ship using the U.S. Postal Service.  Once payment has been received, I will do my best to ship within 2 days.  Shipping charges may reflect not only postage but the costs for packaging and to cover the always rising costs involved with eBay auctions.   Still, I think my charges are fair and reasonable and I do not make a profit on my shipping charges.  At times, recycled packaging is sometimes used to keep costs down.
