    One Step Up Big Girl's Ombre Paisley/Floral Print Shrug Hi-Lo Dress-Large-14/16.  Polyester & Rayon.  Stylish light weight dress is full of bright colors fading out from one to the other with a whimsical paisley/floral print and little silver foil dots sprinkled throughout.  Round neckline.  Attached bright pink shrug has short sleeves with fitted cuffs and ties in the front and center.  Elastic waistline.  Ties into a bow at back of waistline to adjust fit.  Pleats off waistline flowing down into a fun float skirt with a hi-lo hemline.  Ruffled flared hemline is layer with a panel of matching solid bright pink which drapes down past hemline for a nice finishing touch.  Dress has been worn and was a favorite.  Excellent condition.  Ideal addition to angel girl's Summer wardrobe as she will stand out in the crowd garnishing lots of compliments!  Brilliant color combinations!  Eye catching!
