Orient Expressed NWOT Smocked dress kites! size 7 .75 MSRP. Condition is "New without tags".  I bought beautiful smocked dresses that my daughter didn't wear.  Shipped with USPS.
Please look at the nice smocking handwork-how many hours would it take to make this dress?!
The collar is ruffled and the puff sleeves are trimmed with a tiny ruffle.
Please note that there is a hem approximately three inches.
Bought in New Orleans at a nice shop.  Listing more nice girl's clothes.
It has been stored in a crowded closet or dresser.  You will want to steam it.
