A cute but not fussy nautical navy & white striped dress by Ralph Lauren.   It is a Size XL(14/16) and is 100% Cotton,  The waist is elevated and the bodice buttons closed with red buttons in the back.  It has a sweetheart neckline and the straps are accented with ties. The double straps cross in back and stay up  It measures about 30 inches around the chest, about 30 inches at the waist, and the length from shoulder to hem is about 33 inches.  It is in excellent gently worn condition without tears, stains, and fading
