Girls Dress is a blue and white striped pattern. It is also a seersucker material

Gathered skirt and high waist.
Has a dark blue anchor appliqué on the bottom of the dress.
Dark blue shoulder straps have two bows in the front. Straps "Criss-Cross" in the back with a bow in the middle.
